Last Tuesday, all S2 pupils had the chance to develop their Maths, programming and problem solving skills. Mairi Stewart, Coordinator from the STEM Team at UHI, showed the pupils how to code little programmable Spheros. Working in teams, the pupils got their Spheros to move in squares and rectangles in the games hall. At the end of the session, pupils had the chance to code their Spheros to replicate a curling match. This is the second time Mairi has come to Grantown Grammar School to work with Mr Nias and Mr Sutherland. We are very grateful to her for passing on her skills and enthusiasm.
